The Queen Elizabeth Class Battleships consisted of 5 new super-dreadnoughts combined by the Royal Navy with HMS Queen Elizabeth being the lead ship.


The Ships had been designed with Superior fire power and speed and outclassed the predecessors of the Iron Duke class that had been built before the great War.


The Admiralty decided with the success of the 13.5 Inche guns to develop a 15 inch gun with the intervention of Winston Churchill.


HMS Queen Elizabeth took part in the Dardanellses Campaign although she missed out on The Battle of Jutland due to dock Maintenance
